This coming Sunday (19th) sees the Bulls enter their 7th indoor session of the pre-season, held at Grace Academy in Chelmsley Wood, which also doubles as the 2nd combine session. Having 3 weeks between sessions, the aim now is measuring the progress of the players.
The final Sunday session to be held at Grace Academy will be on 26th February.
After 8 weeks of training on Sunday morning / afternoon at Grace Academy, the Bulls will be moving to Holly Lane, Erdington. From Sunday 4th March, outdoor practice begins with training taking place between 12pm and 3pm. All age groups will be training together.
From Tuesday 6th March, the Juniors and Seniors will be practicing at Grace Academy, outdoors on the 3G pitch between 7pm and 9pm.
And finally, from Thursday 8th March, all age groups – Youth, Junior & Seniors – will again be at Grace Academy, outdoors on the 3G pitch between 7pm and 9pm.
| Start Date | Venue | Time | Age Groups |
| 04/03/2012 Sunday | Holly Lane, Erdington | 12pm – 3pm | Youth, Junior & Senior |
| 06/03/2012 Tuesday | Grace Academy | 7pm – 9pm | Junior & Senior |
| 08/03/2012 Thursday | Grace Academy | 7pm – 9pm | Youth, Junior & Senior |
This tri-weekly training schedule will continue until further notice.
With the 2012 BAFA National League season edging closer and closer, each and every training session is vital.
This is especially the case as little more than a week after the New York Giants lifted the Lombardi trophy at Superbowl XLVI, the Bulls have had a further TWENTY rookies across all the three age groups wanting to play the sport, due in no small part to the coverage American Football receives on UK television.
As the 2012 fixture list is soon to be confirmed, keep checking the Bulls’ website, our Official Birmingham Bulls Facebook page or our Twitter account for any updates.
