The Birmingham Bulls are one of the oldest clubs in the UK dating back to 1983 and are looking for new players, coaches and backroom staff to join them for the 2011 season. The Bulls will be holding Rookie camps in October for players of any age and ability, so if you have an interest in American Football, on the pitch or off please contact one of the numbers below.

The Bulls senior team was formed in 1983 and is one of the oldest teams in the league we are currently celebrating out 25 season at the top of British American Football. Our senior team play as part of the Premier Division of the BAFL (British American Football League), the top level of amateur American Football in this country.
The Bulls’ coaching staff is one of the most experienced in the league with several Britball Hall of Fame members. We are always on the lookout for new rookie or veteran players so if you like a challenge and would like to be part of one of the toughest team sports in the world contact:

Contact football 14-16 (junior) and 16-19 (youth) years
The Bulls Youth and Junior teams form part of the Bull’s American Football Academy programme started in 2007. We are currently recruiting players to build a 20-30 man Youth and a 10 -20 man Junior squad to play the British American Football League (BAFL).
At this age level we play the full contact version of the game, with helmets and pads. The main emphasis is on teaching you the skills you will need and raising your fitness to the level required to play this sport, but we never lose sight of the fact that the most important thing is to have fun. We are currently on the lookout for new players to join the Bulls Academy; experience is not required we can teach you what you need to know. American Flag Football is a team game that has all the skill, strategy and fun of the grown-up game but without the bruises and the need for the expensive equipment, which makes it easy and safe to set up and play. It is a 5-a-side game for both boys and girls, played on a smaller field and games are usually about 40 minutes long. To tackle an opponent you pull one of the flags from their belt.

The Birmingham Bulls club is expanding and requires more coaching staff to help train and develop our players. It is a tough but rewarding challenge but with help from our club you could achieve the necessary qualifications to become an American football coach.
