In 2011 , the Birmingham Bulls began laying the foundations of a coaching education programme , under their mentor and programme development advisor, Wayne Hill.
The club management structure was revitalised and we set about creating a coaching improvement plan. We introduced some new positional coaches to all levels of the club and they all contributed to what was a fantastic season. Certainly a year to be proud of but one that will be bettered in the short term.
The main objective of the education programme is to get all coaches working on a system which they are all party too. The need for continuous improvement and analysis will ensure that our players will benefit from better qualified and more energetic coaches.
With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the next class of positional coaches who are looking to achieve the BAFCA Level 1 coaching course.
